Claudia Heskey
Contributing Consultant
Claudia is an Organization Development and Change Management professional with over 15 years of experience partnering with large, complex organizations—primarily in healthcare—to drive meaningful, people-centered change. Her work spans organizational effectiveness, culture and climate assessment, leadership and team development, succession planning, and enterprise transformation, including large-scale Agile and Waterfall initiatives. She has consulted with organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, supporting leaders and teams through strategic alignment, cultural evolution, and large-scale transformation efforts.

She is known for building strong stakeholder partnerships, facilitating collaborative dialogue, and translating strategy into practical, actionable solutions that improve both performance and employee experience. Her background includes program and project management, executive and leadership coaching, and scalable learning and development design. Claudia holds graduate degrees in Organization Development and Health Management & Policy, is PMP and SAFe Agilist certified, and has taught graduate-level project management as an adjunct professor. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, lots of coffee, reading, and spending time with her two pups (Lucy and Roki) and cat (Cosmo).

Janzee Bond
Contributing Consultant
Janezee Bond brings over a decade of experience working with mission-driven organizations across the nonprofit, healthcare, and social impact sectors. Her experience spans fundraising, organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation, with a consistent focus on translating vision into execution. She has led cross-functional initiatives and strengthened planning and operational systems to drive measurable impact. At organizations including Mount Sinai Health System, the Milken Institute, and Sotheby’s, Janezee partnered closely with senior leadership to improve planning and reporting processes, design strategic initiatives, and deliver high-profile programs and events engaging corporate donors, boards, and C-suite executives.

Janezee has expanded her work into organizational development and strategy through consulting engagements with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including international teams. Her consulting work includes projects focused on employee engagement, pay transparency implementation, leadership development workshop design, and the facilitation of visioning and alignment processes to strengthen collaboration and organizational culture. In parallel, she advises early-stage ventures and mission-driven startups, providing strategic guidance on fundraising, HR and culture operations, and workflow optimization to support sustainable growth. Her approach is informed by both academic and applied research on mission-driven startups, hiring practices, and culture-building. Across engagements, Janezee connects strategy to execution through a collaborative, systems-oriented approach that helps organizations grow, develop, and deliver more meaningful impact.

Janezee holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Master of Arts in Fine and Decorative Art from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Williams College. Janezee is based in New York City.

Brenda Lemas is an Organizational Development professional and United States Navy Retiree and Veteran with 14+ years of experience leading culture transformation, talent strategy, and inclusive leadership practices across complex, global environments.
Skilled in leading enterprise-wide development initiatives, facilitating DEI programs, and advising executive teams on workforce planning, onboarding, and organizational alignment.
Proven ability to integrate coaching, training, and change management strategies to strengthen engagement, retention, and business outcomes. Brings a systems-thinking approach grounded in global consulting experience and supported by advanced education in organizational development and leadership.
Her work spans enterprise culture audits, appreciative inquiry facilitation, leadership development, and workforce planning. Whether partnering with corporate teams or supporting nonprofit missions, she is committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.
She is passionate about serving others. She continues to provide expertise, leadership and mentorship guidance while serving as a board member and filling leadership positions within the non-profit sector.
