Consulting on Organizational Culture 

“Culture” is a term that’s used constantly — and defined far less often. Our culture work begins by clarifying what culture actually means in a given organization and how it shows up in daily decisions, behaviors, power dynamics, and accountability. We approach culture as something observable and shapeable over time, not as a vague feeling or branding exercise.

Before culture is named as the problem, we often see signals like misalignment, disengagement, or repeated friction across teams. Our role is to help leaders see culture clearly — without blame — and determine what will meaningfully move it forward. Depending on the organization’s context and readiness, we use a diagnostic approach, an appreciative inquiry approach, or a thoughtful combination of both. All culture engagements begin with a Culture Orientation to understand the lived experience of the organization before designing recommendations or interventions.

Longer-term engagements that support organizations in translating cultural insight into sustained change. These partnerships typically include assessment, clarification of desired cultural outcomes, implementation support, and ongoing evaluation. The focus is on building internal capacity so leaders and teams can continue stewarding culture over time, well beyond the engagement.
