Individual Coaching
Hi, I'm Brittany Erway Soto- Principal & Coach at The BalancePoint Group.

I provide individual coaching that is grounded in self-awareness, self-acceptance, and learning through experience.

I believe sustainable change happens when people understand their internal patterns — how they think, react, and make meaning — and then intentionally experiment with new ways of engaging. Rather than forcing change, we build the capacity to try, reflect, adjust, and integrate what works.

Because this kind of growth takes time, coaching engagements are a minimum of six months. This allows insight to turn into action, and action to become lasting change.

Who I Work With
Most critically, I work with people who want to better understand themselves and are looking for long-term change rather than a quick fix. Clients who align with my process are open to reflection, experimentation, and doing the deeper work required to create sustainable shifts in how they lead and engage.

I work with leaders across sectors and at different stages of their careers, including:

-
New and experienced executives navigating complexity, visibility, and decision-making
-
Aspiring executives building the skills, confidence, and perspective needed to step into executive roles
-
Mid-level managers who are balancing delivery, leadership, and influence

-
School Administrators who want to build resilience and amplify outcomes
I work with professionals across the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, and specialize in nonprofit organizations within the education and healthcare fields.
My Coaching Process
Building self-awareness and practicing change.

Discovery & Understanding
We begin by slowing down to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface. This phase builds awareness of patterns, pressures, and internal dynamics so we focus on what actually matters — not just what’s loud or urgent.

Strategic Learning & Practice
With clarity in place, we identify two to three core growth areas and create a Strategic Learning Contract to guide the work. This phase is about taking thoughtful, supported risks — experimenting with new ways of thinking, leading, and engaging.

Application & Iteriation
Learning moves into real life. You apply new approaches in real conversations and decisions, reflect on what happens, and adjust over time. Change is treated as iterative, helping new behaviors become sustainable and self-directed.
