Administrator Coaching
We provide individualized coaching for school leaders navigating the academic, organizational, and human complexities of school leadership. Our coaching goes beyond instructional leadership, supporting principals in decision-making, people management, and organizational effectiveness through an organizational development lens. Support is aligned to district or network priorities and the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSEL). Coaching is available through individual or group-based packages — whether you’re a school leader seeking one-on-one support or a district or charter network looking to provide structured coaching for multiple administrators.
PBIS & MTSS Systems Design
Our MTSS and PBIS work helps schools design systems that proactively support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs. We begin by clarifying school-wide values and expectations, then build aligned systems for reinforcement, accountability, and tiered support that reflect those commitments in daily practice. This includes developing MTSS frameworks with universal screeners to intentionally identify student needs and guide targeted interventions. We also support leaders in establishing clear, consistent pathways for responding to escalating challenges in student-centered, restorative ways. Throughout implementation, we work alongside leadership teams to build staff investment, refine systems over time, and track progress using clear metrics.
Instructional Coaching
We offer targeted instructional coaching for school sites, charter networks, and districts seeking to strengthen teaching and learning without full-time coaching staff. Our work is most often focused on K–8 classrooms, with specialized expertise in bilingual education and second language acquisition. Coaching supports thoughtful planning aligned to Common Core standards, rigorous instructional delivery, and deeper student learning grounded in Bloom’s Taxonomy. Classroom Management Training
This service provides practical, culturally responsive classroom management support designed to improve learning environments quickly and sustainably. Grounded in Teach Like a Champion and warm demander practices, we help teachers build systems that balance care, clarity, and high expectations. Support includes training, modeling, de-escalation strategies, and classroom-specific system design aligned to student needs. Engagements range from short-term intensives to extended coaching with observation and feedback cycles.
